La Patrona

Marisa Bango, "La Patrona," will return to the Club after getting a standing ovation at the end of her appearance on January 18. If you were one of the unlucky ones who missed her then, this is your chance to see why she was such a hit. Her silky smooth voice and bigger-than-life personality, accompanied by exceptionally talented back-up musicians, embrace the audience with the warmth of classic Mexican music and culture.

Cocktails will begin at 6pm, a Mexican dinner will be served starting at 6:30 and the show will start at 7pm. The cost for dinner and show is $395 pesos per person.

If you've watched or participated in the play in previous years, you'll remember the smiling faces, laughter, and friendly cursing that make this evening so much fun.

Julie Murillo Live!!

You may remember her as the amazing backup singer/keyboardist who performed last year with Kassiano. Some say that her talent really made the Kassiano concerts come alive. Well now she has split away into a one-woman show bringing all the vocal talent and brilliant musical stylings that we all remember so well, right back to our Club's stage. Lucky us!!

The cost for dinner and show is $350 pesos per person.

Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon

This is an invitation-only event.

Our Club cannot do the many things that it does without the generous support of volunteers, who sell tickets, sell tee shirts, take on time-consuming roles in organizing events, being part of race committees, setting marks in the Bay for races, and many, many other things. Their generous support in the form of time and energy is greatly appreciated by the officers and directors of the Club. To show this apprecation, each year those who volunteered their time during the year are invited to a special luncheon, where our Thank Yous can be expressed appropriately. We sincerely hope that everyone who is invited will be able to attend.

This luncheon is also the occasion for the announcement and presentation of the Jim Ketler Memorial Service Award for outstanding service to the Banderas Bay Community.
