24th Annual Great Chili Cook-Off

Some like it HOT! If that’s you, the 24th Annual Great Chili Cook-off has a long history of stirring up fun while fundraising for our community. It's all happening Sunday, December 15th, from 3:00 - 6:00 PM.

Come ready to taste, judge, and help crown the best chili in town. For the first time, there’s a $500 MXN prize for the best vegetarian chili. Whether you’re cooking, tasting, or just soaking in the fun, this is one flavorful showdown you won’t want to miss!  Don’t forget to save room for the dessert tables—they’re the sweet finale to this flavor-packed showdown.

Christmas Eve Dinner with Live Music and a delicious four course meal starting with: Cream of Spinach soup with basil essence and crouton, lettuce greens with green apple, red fruit and guava vinaigrette dressing, Turkey with stuffing, pork leg stuffed and marinated with peach glaze , cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes with gravy and roasted vegetables, followed by a decadent Christmas cake for dessert.  Reservations Required.  Members: $800 MXN, Non Members: $950 MXN

NEW YEAR'S EVE FIRE & ICE PARTY & DINNER   - Dress in your finest Red and/or White Attire.  Join us for Dining, live music, and dancing the night away to ring in the New Year!

Party starts at 7:00 PM, mingle with friends, and get into the spirit of the night. A four Course dinner will be served at 8:00 PM, beginning with: Three pepper cream soup, mixed greens with cranberries, almonds, pear and a mango vinaigrette dressing, Surf & Turf - shrimp & filet mignon, baked potato, 1 glass of sparkling wine, followed by cheesecake with a red fruit coulis for dessert, and 12 countdown grapes.
